We collect personal information such as your Name, Email, and Contact Number which is collected through the Contact Form that is provided on the website. For the contact form, the third-party software Typeform is used.

For chatbot integration, we have used a custom coded chatbot as well as a third-party integration Tidio. Chatbots are used to resolve any doubts or issues which the user has within the website. The chatbot would collect information according to the user’s situation to resolve any matters and information such as the user’s name, email, or contact number can be collected for Gennext to be able to contact the user if needed.

As analytics is an important part of a website, Gennext uses external third-party software from Google such as Google Search Console, and Google Analytics to collect, measure and analyze user information.


What do we do with your information?


Log files

The information collected for Analytics through the website is known as ‘Log Files’. These files log user information when you visit Gennext and track all actions done within the website. All hosting companies do this as a part of their hosting services’ analytics.

We follow a standard procedure when all this information is collected and it will only be used for the required purposes.
